Is this being ignorant to epigenetics? It makes sense that a people eating loads of animals to reduce conversion to Vit A, but is there no up-regulation once people stop eating animal sources?
Wow Chris that was the best presentation on Vitamins A,D and K I have ever heard. I was wondering why you didn’t cover Vitamin E as it is also a fat soluble vitamin? Interested in your thoughts on that.
Some good info Chris … and of course it is directly opposite to what we see around us with the SAD … which is getting SADer … excess carbs are driving Inflammation and consequently Obesity, Type 2 … etc… issue is … Modern medicine has abandoned “Root Cause” investigations in favor of Diagnosis and Drugs … seems odd as metabolism is a “Response Mechanism” … 70 Going On 100 … the Centenarian Diet … maybe 70 Going On 128 … the Hayflick Limit … or if a fan of Ray Kurzweil … then this is all a Moot Point.
